Founded in Copenhagen, they offer pioneering cross-border payments services to businesses and NGOs in over 100 countries. But to power their potential over the long term, they needed a partner to help them live their uniqueness and supercharge their growth.



venturethree helped them chart a fresh course for the future. By working with C‑suite and cross-functional teams, we identified that Inpay’s unique edge lay in its human brilliance and created a new, trailblazing positioning to catapult them forward – “the human-powered payments network”. Cut-through in a category dominated by automation and a rallying cry for the internal team, this idea represents a bold new vision for the future.



To codify it, we imagined a new strategic platform – comprising purpose, proposition and values. In a world of cold and impersonal fintech brands, we brought warmth and emotion to the forefront. Tone of voice and messaging captured Inpay’s human essence – and a shoot, capturing the Inpay team in their space, elevated the people who power the business. Meanwhile a refreshed brand mark, colour palette and graphic system positioned the brand as a trailblazing leader in the payments space.








Next, we partnered with Inpay’s commercial and product teams to shift their go-to-market strategy through a new product and brand architecture. Moving from many disparate and differently named product offerings to a simpler suite of solutions. And we packaged everything up in a new website, brand film and launch day.

But this project lives beyond any one asset. The new purpose and strategic platform sit at the core of the businesses decision-making – and are mission-critical for the future.
