The noise

As Nasdaq diversified into a tech, SaaS and advisory business, the innovative identity of its stock exchange had been diluted. As one yet-to-list founder told us: “They were the disruptor. Digital. Ahead. Now they feel like the incumbent.” The most iconic exchange in the world risked being defined by what the wider business had become, rather than what had always made it special.

The filter

To make the exchange vital again, we looked to what had made it irreplaceable: the world-changing companies and founders that had always called it home. Listing on Nasdaq needed to mean something beyond access to capital. It needed to mean joining the most influential group of people and ideas in the world.

The work

The positioning 'Join the future history-makers’ reframed Nasdaq as a community to belong to, not just a market to list on. With this as the foundation we worked with the exchange to transform their entire prospect experience - rewriting the pitch, reshaping discovery calls & tours and creating standout experiential moments that bring the positioning to life. Most recently we created a social and content strategy that offers an insider’s window into the future history-makers on Nasdaq, deepening the exchange’s relationship with early-stage leaders before they list.
