Tom is currently Senior Vice President of Global Communications & Policy at Universal Music Group, leading the company’s efforts in both disciplines. He is also Chair of the EMI Archive Trust, one of the world’s largest and most diverse music and technology archives. Prior to Universal he was based in San Francisco, where he was Global Head of Communications for the Facebook App, at Meta Platforms.
