Castore, a premium UK sportswear brand, was caught between their core offering of high-end athlesuire wear and their down-to-earth sports team sponsorship (for legendary teams like England Cricket, Newcastle United and Red Bull F1). We gave them a new positioning to help unite the two sides of their business – and disrupt the UK sportswear market with a limitless attitude.

Across a rapid 8‑week ideation process, including customer segmentation and brand positioning, we uncovered our purpose – to uplift athletes beyond the edges of their limitations. This drives not only brand action, culture and unification, but it’s also creates new opportunities for the business. Recently, Castore received £200m investment, valuing them at just under £1bn.
